- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay €299 once and keep Studio. Updates are included.
- Can I use Studio on a Mac and a PC?
- Yes. One license activates 2 computers, in any mix of macOS and Windows. You can deactivate a computer from your account and use the license on a new one.
- Do I need to stay online?
- Only to activate. After that Studio works offline and checks in now and then when a connection is available.
- Can I open Studio projects in the free version?
- Yes. Effects that only exist in Studio show as missing, and their settings are kept for when you open the project in Studio again.
- Can I try Studio before I buy?
- Try the free version first: it is a complete app, so you can see how Hope Creative works on your computer. And if Studio isn’t right for you after all, you get your money back within 14 days, see the Refund Policy.
- Who handles payment and invoices?
- Payments go through Paddle, our reseller. Paddle takes care of tax and sends your invoice. You can download invoices from your account.
